      • Bologna and cheese located at the cook station was measured to be between 8 and 12 degrees Celsius at the time of the inspection.The food items were directed to be stored on ice to aid with temperature control.Ensure that potentially hazardous cold foods are held at 4 degrees Celsius or less.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • No paper towel was available at the hand sink at the time of the inspection.The food vendors indicated that paper towel was being brought to the booth.Ensure that handwashing stations are fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towel and warm water before beginning food handling.
