Updated on January 6, 2026:The written procedure for sink decontamination is no longer required: a reprocessing sink located in the main service area near the hair services area was designated for tools reprocessing only.

- No paper towels or paper towels dispenser was observed in the pedicure room. No paper towels were available in the dispenser in the washroom.

- No skin cleansing product was used/observed for skin cleansing prior to waxing/facials services.
