      • Observation: Sanitizer was not being used to sanitize food contact surfaces by the self serve area. (Public Health Significance) An approved sanitizer needs to be used to sanitize food contact surfaces to prevent growth of bacteria and prevent bacteria from being spread from one surface to another.
      • Corrective Action: Use a sanitizer that is approved for use on food contact surfaces such as Bleach, QUATS, or Iodine. Also, as required to always maintain an effective concentration (200 ppm unscented bleach, 200 ppm QUAT)- follow manufacturer's specifications)
