      • A wiping cloth was noted on the countertop. This was removed during the inspection. Please ensure that all cleaning cloths are either stored in a sanitizing solution or in a soiled container or in the clean laundry area.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Multiple cloth towels were noted in the facility. These were removed during the inspection. The operator was further advised not to use cloth towels and use either a paper towel or hot air drier.
    • 18. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this food facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Quat test strips were not observed at the time of inspection. Please acquire quat test strips.
