- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) The water container at the hand-washing station was nearly empty at the time of inspection. Ensure the hand-washing station is fully stocked with hot and cold water, soap, and paper towel to support proper hand hygiene.
- Corrective Action: Staff replaced it with filled jug.

- Observation: Sugar in paper packaging was stored underneath the seating area in the CN centre. There are gaps in the seating area where debris from above may fall through. Debris or moisture from the gaps above can contaminate sugar that is in a paper packaging, increasing risk of foodborne illness.
- Corrective Action: Operator should store sugar inside a secure container, such as a plastic tote, to prevent contamination.
- 303 - Critical Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)]
- Observation: Wastewater from the handwashing sink at the stall is discarded through a pipe into a plastic container underneath the sink cabinet. There is a large gap between the pipe and the container, resulting in wastewater being splashing around in the cabinet. Food contact gloves or other items stored in the cabinet may become contaminated with wastewater, increasing risk of food being contaminated with wastewater.
- Corrective Action: Operator to ensure wastewater does not splash when it is discarded into the container and remove any equipment that may contact food directly from the cabinet. Anything that may have come into contact with wastewater needs to be cleaned and sanitized.

- Observation: Cotton candy is stored in a publicly accessible area and is only covered with a cloth. Food contact surface is exposed and can be tempered with easily.
- Corrective Action: Operator to cover and secure food contact surface area of cotton candy machine. Equipment should be cleaned and sanitized prior to use until a secure cover can be found.
- 309 - Chemicals, cleansers, & similar agents stored or labeled improperly [s. 27]
- Observation: Sanitizer bottle is not labeled. Unlabelled bottles may accidentally be mixed with incompatible chemicals or misused that may result in contamination.
- Corrective Action: Operator to label sanitizer bottle.
