      • The Broxburn walk in cooler was 8C - 9C. The operator is aware of the issue, and the cooler will be serviced within the next two weeks. The cooler is primarily used to store raw vegetables. No high-risk foods were stored in the cooler at the time of inspection.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • The hamper area exit door is not tight fitting at the bottom of the doors. There is enough room for vermin to enter.

      • The chlorine sanitizer bottle was not labelled. Staff labelled the bottle during the inspection. Ensure that all chemicals are labelled correctly to identify their contents.

      • The cooler by the receiving bay measured 9C. Ensure that cooler holding temperature is 4C and below.
