- The Broxburn walk in cooler was 8C - 9C. The operator is aware of the issue, and the cooler will be serviced within the next two weeks. The cooler is primarily used to store raw vegetables. No high-risk foods were stored in the cooler at the time of inspection.

- The hamper area exit door is not tight fitting at the bottom of the doors. There is enough room for vermin to enter.
