      • Observation(s): The chlorine sanitizer solution in the spray bottle was observed to be 0 ppm. Upon discussion with an employee, it was determined that the sanitizer solution was not changed for many days and the concentration was not verified with test strips.
      • F2.3D Sanitizer solution must be available and kept at the correct levels for adequate sanitizing action.

      • Observation(s): Classic homemade jams and relish were observed on site being retailed. In discussion with the operator, it was learned that the products are not from an approved source. Producer of the jams and relish (operators daughter)

      • Observation(s): Sanitizer solution in use at time of inspection was in excessive quantities. A new chlorine solution was made and labelled by the operator. Test strips are to be used by staff making sanitizer solutions to ensure they are at the correct concentration.
      • F2.3D Sanitizer solution must be available and kept at the correct levels for adequate sanitizing action.
