- Observation: 1. Ice cream and ice coffee stored in raw protein freezer. This can result in cross contamination. (CORRECTED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION)
- 2. Bag of potato stored on floor. Open bag of flour in storage area. These items are not protected from contamination.
- Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure to store ready to eat foods away from raw proteins so there is no cross contamination. Store in separate storage unit or store ready to eat foods above raw proteins.
- 2. Ensure food is stored on shelving with proper lids or covers. Do not store food product directly on floor. Store open bags of flour/food in containers with labels and lids. Correction required in 3 days.
