      • - No hand soap observed in appropriate dispenser at the hand sinks in the kitchen. -The paper towel dispenser was not easily accessible for handwashing. - hand sinks not easily accessible to children.*Ensure hand sinks are supplied with hand soap paper towels at all times. Ensure children have easy access to a dedicated hand sink (not just the washroom/diapering area hand sink).
