- - In the front area, no cleaning cloth bucket was initially present, and cleaning cloths were observed on the counter.*Staff placed a cleaning cloth bucket in the front area during the inspection.
- 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
- No waterproof and heat-safe thermometer was available onsite to measure the dishwasher temperature.*Ensure a waterproof, heat-safe thermometer with a maximum temperature indicator is available for staff use. This thermometer must be used to verify that the dishwasher reaches at least 71 °C before dishwashing begins.

- - There were four handwashing sinks in the kitchen; however, one sink had a hot water tap leak. Sign was posted indicating that the tap should not be used.*Fix the tap.

- A gap was observed below the back door; that could be an entry point for pest.*Please replace/ repair weather stripping.
