    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • The spray bottle that had sanitizer in it was not labeled.Ensure the sanitizer spray bottle is clearly labeled.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • Expired permit on display. Operator corrected and paid the pending invoice for the Food handling permit during the site visit.

      • It was observed that single use cutlery was stored in a plastic container with business ends in oppposite directions. Storing cutlery in this manner has the potential of business end contamination. This deficiency was addressed during the inspection.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • It was observed that the single use utensil plastic storage bin required cleaning. This deficiency was corrected during the inspection.
