- No temperature logs were available to demonstrate active monitoring of refrigerators, freezers, and hot holding equipment.Please ensure a logbook or checklist is created and implemented to ensure all temperature control equipment is continuously monitored when in operation and documented to effectively maintain food products safe for storage.

- The sink adjacent to the grills was observed to leak from beneath the faucet handle when positioned in the fully cold setting.Please ensure the leak is repaired and the faucet is maintained in good repair and capable of operating effectively without leaking.

- The sliding cooler near the back door was observed to have a small gap when fully closed, as the door did not sit parallel with the track and cooler liner.Please ensure the gap is eliminated through repair of the door or by using weatherstripping or another effective method. The door should close flush against the existing liner to provide an effective seal.
