    • F2.3 Are food contact surfaces, utensils and equipment washed and sanitized in a manner that removes/prevents contamination?
      • Observation(s): As discussed, for use of the "purple sanitizer product" as directed on the label, for food contact surfaces, a potable water rinse is required after use. Other suggestions for food grade sanitizers that do not require a potable water rinse include 200 ppm quaternary ammonium compound (QUATs) or 100 - 200 ppm chlorine bleach solution.
