  - Observation: Hot water tank drain and surrounding area observed with an accumulation of food and debris (mostly floor dirt/grease). Observed gaps in tile work below legs of water tank and behind in corner allowing the accumulation of waste.
  - Corrective Action(s): Fill/cement gaps in tile and depression in floor behind hot water tank so no water accumulates in this area. Improve water flow in this darin if it is subject to flooding or back up. If a persistent problem, drains will need to be reconfigured.
