- The chlorine residual in the sanitizer solution measured greater than 1000 ppm chlorine. This was corrected by diluting the sanitizer solution to 100 ppm Chlorine. (1/2 Teaspoon Chlorine Concentrate in 1000 ml of water).

- After multiple runs dishwasher was only able to achieve 68 degrees Celsius at the plate level. Ensure that dishwasher can achieve 71 degrees Celsius at the plate level. Manually sanitize all utensils in 100 ppm chlorine solution until dishwasher is adjusted.
