    • 04. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Non-Critical)?
      • The door leading to the laundry room appeared easily accessible by the kids. The staff installed a child safe doorknob during inspection. Please ensure a more permanent solution is put in place to restrict access to the laundry room by the kids. The doorknob appeared to be falling apart easily.
    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • The concentration of bleach disinfectant solution in spray bottles at the diapering station and other rooms in the facility was measured to be between 10ppm - 50ppm. Fresh 100ppm - 200ppm solution was prepared for each spray bottle by the staff during inspection. Please note that 100ppm bleach solution is required for normal operations and 1000ppm during an outbreak.
