      • 1) A hole was noted in the wall underneath the table/shelving in the pizza box area.REQUIREMENT: Repair the hole so that the area is smooth, easy to clean, and will not allow for any pest to enter.2) Based on the sticker on the range hood - the last date of service was October 2024.REQUIREMENT: Ensure that the range hood is cleaned at an appropriate frequency. Provide information if this has been completed later than October 2024.
