- Raw shell eggs were kept at room temperature overnight on dry storage shelves. Temperature of eggs ranged from 10.7 to 11.4 Deg C. 2 trays of eggs were discarded. Ensure eggs are kept inside the refrigeration unit and temperature of eggs must not exceed 7 Deg C.
