- * There were tall shelves not secured/ not mounted to the wall. Please ensure they are properly secured .

- *Facility did not have designated area for temporarily isolating ill children while awaiting pick-up by parents/guardians.Please ensure the sick child should be isolated in a separate room and the parent or guardian should be notified to come and pick up the child immediately. If a separate room is not available, the child needs to be kept at least 2 metres away from other children and staff not caring for the sick child. The area is supervised, separated from other children where possible, and equipped to support infection prevention and control practices.

- *Gate in between infant and big kids' area was broken. It was taped on some of the locations. Please make sure it is replaced. * Black rugs were not in good repaired and dirty. Please make sure they are replaced. * Cotton tent was not in good repair. Please make sure it is removed from the area. In order to keep that it has to be repaired and able to clean and washed in regular bases as other toys and equipment onsite.

- * The space in general was overcrowded with indoor equipment and outdoor equipment. Big stroller and outdoor play tools were stored in the infant area. There were no kids in this area on that day. Please make sure extra storage space needed to be created for outdoor equipment and indoor equipment and boxes which are not in use.* Multiple boxes were placed above the shelves where children can pull them. Please make sure boxes are not stored above the shelves in the space of where children have an access.

- Bleach water solutions are required to increase to 1000ppm during the outbreaks for diaper changing surfaces, high touch surfaces, Bleach water solution was low. Corrected during the inspection. New solutions were prepared during the inspection.

- There were reusable dirty plates (after mealtime) in the hand washing station. Hand washing station in both sides can only be use for hand washing purposes. Please make sure every item/utensils or dishes used for lunch must be disposable. There can't be any dishwashing in the center which they do not proper dishwashing sinks and dishwasher for cleaning and sanitizing of the dishes. Bottle wash cannot be done in the enter as well. Center must have proper manual dishwashing sink settings or NSF approved dishwasher.
