      • There was a elevated play structure being used indoors. The mat underneath the play structure was too thin. The play structure has been removed until proper mats are purchased. **Please purchase sleeping mats or gymnastic mats with a depth of 5 cm or 2 inches. This is sufficient for an elevated structure that is at least 3 ft tall. There must be enough mats for the entire structure with space on the sides in case a child falls.**

      • 1) There were no sleeping/napping cots/mattresses. -the equipment was ordered and should arrive shortly.2) There were no shade/blinds on the window for the napping room.

      • There were gaps at the exterior doors.-ensure exterior doors are tight fitting; installed door sweeps/weatherstripping, etc.
