      • 2- The outside of the cupboards under the counter are plywood with a clear coat but the wood still has a rough finish. This area must be painted or lacquered to make it cleanable.3- The inside of the cupboards under the counter are bare wood. These surfaces must be painted or lacquered so that they are smooth, water resistant and easy to clean.

      • 1- A wood backsplash has been installed behind the sinks and along the counter. A clear coat has been applied but the surface is still rough. Walls & backsplashes must be smooth, waterproof and easy to clean. Please paint or finish the wood with a thick lacquer to improve its cleanability and water resistance.2- The outside of the cupboards under the counter are plywood with a clear coat but the wood still has a rough finish. This area must be painted or lacquered to make it cleanable.3- The inside of the cupboards under the counter are bare wood. These surfaces must be painted or lacquered so that they are smooth, water resistant and easy to clean.4- The ceiling tiles have not been replaced yet as the electrical & plumbing inspections have not been done. Please install cleanable tiles in the kitchen area once this work has been completed.
