      • The diaper safety belt was retrofitted to the diaper changing table, with the buckle attached using hand-sewn stitching.- Ensure the safety belt is intended for use with the diaper changing table and installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

      • The safety belt on the diaper change table in classroom located in unit 4247 was ties to the table and could easily come off. - Fix the safety belt on the diaper change table to ensure it is secured to the table and can be used safely.

      • Tape was used to cover the exposed back edges of the shelving units throughout the facility.- Remove the tape and ensure the shelving surface is cleanable.

      • Several push pins are used on the wall in the classrooms. Please remove the push pins as these may fall onto the floor and injure a child. Use tape or sticky tacks instead.

      • Essential items such as an emergency blanket, a CPR barrier, and single-use antibiotic ointment are missing from the first aid kit. Please ensure the kit is fully stocked with the necessary supplies

      • The inner edges of the diapering table are dirty. Please clean and sanitize thoroughly.
