      • - Observed that one of the glass panes in upper play space area has a loose fitting (retaining clip has come out of raining), railing over secondary egress stairs to outside.- Observed that this railing has a opening which is larger than 4.5 inches, this opening is on the elevated play space area over secondary egress stairs to outside.- Also observed that childcare program does not have any gates at the two staircases in this program area.- Request that operators have the loose retaining clip properly repaired, have a secondary barrier placed in large gap of railing and look into having gates installed for both staircases.
