    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • In orange room and yellow room diaper tables had two pads and one pad was worn off. - The operator removed the worn of pads. Ensure that all diapering pads are always in good repair, so it's easy to clean.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • No hand soap was provided at the handwashing sink in the teal room.- The operator refilled the soap during the inspection. Ensure to have adequate supplies of soap, and paper towels at the handwashing sink at all times.
    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • In orange room foam toys had prominent bite marks. - Please regularly go through foam toys and remove the worn off toys as needed.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Raw wood plates were being used as toys.- The operator removed the plates during the inspection. Ensure that wooden toys are sealed and smooth.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • In blue room toy bins had dust accumulated. - Please clean the toy bins.
    • 24. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Non-Critical)?
      • In red room sleeping pads were placed too close together during nap time.- Please ensure there is atleast 18 cm
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • 1) Water bottles in yellow room and orange room were stored within the splash zone. - Have a dedicated storage away from the sink or install a splash guard. 2) In teal room used cleaning clothes were stored on the counter. - Please have bins for clean and dirty towels or use paper towels instead.
