- Kinder room: bleach water spray bottle measured at 50 ppm chlorine. Program Director indicated they change the spray bottles weekly (every Monday). It is recommended that new solutions are made daily as the concentration of chlorine decreases over time. A new solution was made during the inspection.

- Kinder bathroom: paper towel dispenser had no paper towel. Corrected onsite.
