- Insufficient bacteriological sampling. There are 2 water samples on file. Please submit samples on a weekly basis until 8 samples are taken. Sampling frequency can then be changed to monthly when operational.Water treatment system is maintained by Wet Water Industries in Lacombe.

- The seal between the double doors needs to be replaced to ensure pests stay out of the facility.
