- Inappropriate temporary hand sink was set up at the booth, using two pails with water and a scoop. This set up was inconvenient for proper handwashing and posed risk for cross contamination. This was corrected during inspection. Operator provided a 5-gallon (20 L) camping jug with a spigot, a catch basin, soap and paper towel for the temporary hand sink.Ensure this set up is used for temporary hand sink for special events.
