    • 18. NO EVIDENCE OF RODENT OR INSECT OUTER OPENINGS PROTECTED/RODENT PROOFED, A WRITTEN LOG SHALL BE MAINTAINED AVAILABLE TO THE INSPECTORS
      • Found 20 rat droppings in the basement along the north wall. Instructed facility to remove all droppings and pests and maintain. Recommended to contact a licensed pest control provider for service. Also found all pest control provider receipts under old business license name. Instructed facility to obtain a current pest control provider receipt with new business information on it. Serious violation 7-38-020.

      • Observed the basement floor to be dirty. Instructed facility to clean and maintain.

      • Observed clutter throughout the basement. Instructed facility to remove any unnecessary items, organize remaining, and maintain at least six inches off floors and walls to help facilitate proper cleaning methods and prevent possible pest harborage.
