- Observation: Staff at the time of the inspection did not have valid foodsafe training. Operator was not onsite during the food operations. If the operator is not onsite with the staff than at least one person preparing the food must have valid food safe training. This ensures those that are preparing and handling the food have a good understanding of food safety requirements and procedures.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff have valid food safety training. Once the staff have valid food safe training or equivalent please provide a copy to the area EHO for review.
- Must be completed by April 24th, 2026. Staff member noted she is in the process of registering for a course.
