    I have had a very disappointing experience with the pharmacy. My medications are repeatedly divided into separate portions, so I have to keep coming back to pick them up instead of having everything prepared at once. Whenever I raise this concern, I feel that the response is very rude and unprofessional. There is an employee named Sanam who, in my experience, does not speak to customers respectfully, especially older customers. I have also heard other customers in line expressing similar concerns about her attitude. I sincerely hope the management will address this issue and provide appropriate guidance on respectful and professional customer service.

    I had a great experience with Nahal at Canada Post on Lonsdale Drive. She went above and beyond to help me organize and ship several packages, making the whole process much easier and less stressful. She was patient, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping. As a fellow Persian speaker, it was also nice to communicate comfortably. Excellent customer service and much appreciated. Thank you, Nahal!

    This is an appreciation post for the tech department staff that were so supportive when I visited the store to get my laptop fixed. from the beginning, also at the pick up time, they all greeted me wonderfully and helped me fix my laptop. Pooya was extremely patient and helpful.

    Warning to all customers: please be very careful and double-check your products. I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I purchased a pair of headphones, and when I got home—without ever opening the box—I decided to return them the next day since I didn’t actually need them. However, when the employee opened the box in front of me, we discovered that instead of headphones, there were laundry bags inside. They told me they will investigate the situation first and then decide about my refund. This clearly shows that the product had been tampered with before it was sold, as I never opened the package. Despite this, I am now stuck in a situation where I may not receive a refund for something that was not my fault. I find it very concerning that there are no proper controls in place to prevent this kind of issue. It directly impacts customer trust and reflects very poorly on the store. I am requesting that this situation be investigated promptly and that I be given a fair resolution as soon as possible. I also strongly recommend that future customers double-check their products before leaving the store to avoid going through a similar experience.

    I went into London Drugs just expecting a quick, boring insurance errand… and somehow walked out in a better mood than when I came in. Huge thanks to Ella G. — she was absolutely amazing. Super personable, genuinely kind, and went way beyond what you’d expect. She didn’t just “process insurance,” she actually helped — explained things clearly, made sure I understood my options, and somehow turned something usually stressful into an easy (and even enjoyable?!) experience. Honestly, if all insurance visits were like this, people would start looking forward to them… which feels illegal Thank you, Ella G., for making my day and setting a very high bar for customer service!
