    The pharmacy is unacceptable considering the likelihood of someone needing medication urgently is somewhat high. I came to collect medication and when I got here they told me it would be ready in 90 minutes. I came back 4 hours later and they hadn’t even started putting the prescription together. I proceeded to wait for a half hour after they told me it would take 2 minutes. I was collecting this prescription for someone who was in so much pain that they were unable to collect it themselves. So this is just a nasty thing to do! Also, the photo lab doesn’t even develop film. It takes weeks and weeks to get your images via digital transfer. Considering the Gibsons LD can get this done in a handful of hours, I really don’t think there’s an excuse. With the density of hipsters in Squamish it is 100% worth their while to invest in film processing equipment. To prove I’m not just a grouchy old bat… their chocolate selection gets a 10/10

    Went to buy juice. I am in town working on a film, and after a long day, I come to the self check out, scan my first item, hear the beep letting me know i scanned it, then wait for it to let me scan my second item. Scan my second item, hear the beep, then get ready to pay. As I get ready to pay, the lady comes up to me and politely lets me know that I missed one of the two juices. This, while accurate, impugns my honor. I scanned the bloody thing, and now I feel like a bleeping thief because your machine failed to do its job. If you cannot employ self checkouts that dont call my integrity into question, I will go the extra 5 minutes away to go to walmart. I might add too that I first looked for a manned checkout, because this really frustrates me when it occurs. There were no manned checkouts open. I am putting my foot down hard here. Any store where this happens, I am no longer shopping from this day forward.

    Make you also buy a $20 physical passport photo when asking only for a digital copy due to it being a "combo". Charging $28 for a jpeg file is ridiculous!

    I had bought a high end DSLR Camera from Budz at London Drugs about 18 months ago. I recently learned that a software update was needed. This was way beyond my technical ability. So I went back to the store looking for help. Budz was working and helped me quickly and efficiently. Budz deserves 5 stars for customer support.
