    Wonderful Customer Service I had such a wonderful experience with Stella at London Drugs Park Royal. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She took the time to assist me with an issue involving my password and points, and even used her own phone to help me contact customer service. Stella went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved. Her kindness, patience, and excellent customer service truly made a difference.

    My experience at London Drugs – Park Royal (West Vancouver) was disappointing. The photo department's equipment wasn't working properly, which led to significant delays. The refund process also took nearly an hour, making what should have been a simple visit much longer than expected. While the staff were polite, they frequently had to consult their manager, and unfortunately the issue wasn't handled with much urgency or empathy. Better communication, functioning equipment, and a more customer-focused approach would have made a big difference.

    I am at the London Drugs in Park Royal several times each week. There is a customer service agent, Parisa, who is always so welcoming. She seems to treat everyone as if she has known them for years.As I stand in line she accepts each person's concern not as a problem but as a challenge to make sure that the customer leaves satisfied. In times where we seem to be moving away from personal service and more towards machines and self-check counters, she is a gem.👍

    I rarely leave reviews, but when I do, it usually means something is seriously wrong. This store itself is good, and the manager, Michael, has personally tried to help me with issues more than once. I appreciate his effort. However, I am very disappointed that nothing seems to be done about the ongoing issue with Parisa. In my experience, she has been very unwelcoming, unprofessional, and disrespectful through her attitude, facial expressions, and actions. This has happened more than once. At times, she has ignored me or not answered when I simply wanted to pay for my groceries or ask a basic question about an item. It is not only me. I have heard similar stories from almost five different friends, all with separate experiences involving disrespectful treatment from her, including one situation involving a pregnant woman. I do not want to share their personal stories here, because they may not want that, but their experiences were even worse than mine. I understand that working in customer service can be difficult, and everyone can have bad days. However, this feels like a repeated pattern, and the negative energy at the front of the store makes the shopping experience very uncomfortable. I hope London Drugs finally takes this seriously and does something about it. Customer service should feel welcoming and respectful. If someone consistently treats customers this way, they should not be placed in a customer-facing role. Again, I want to say that the store manager, Michael, has helped me twice, and I appreciate that. But this issue needs to be addressed.

    I recently had an excellent experience at London Drugs pharmacy at Park Royal. Lisa was very efficient and understanding when I needed to fill an urgent prescription. As it wasn’t available there, Lisa made several inquiries at other pharmacies until she located the required item, always with a cheerful and helpful demeanour.
