      • *Discussed chemicals. the Lysol spray present was not food grade and the manufacturers instruction indicated to rinse with potable water after use on a food contact surface. Education provided- Ensure manufacturers instructions are followed and use a food grade sanitizer.
    • 14. Does the facility have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
      • There was water access via a cistern.Started to discuss water sampling (recommended every spring before opening and midway through the operational year).Access number 9016793 is to be included on the bacterial water testing form. Testing should be completed quarterly (for the months that the facility is open).
