    Food was tasty as usual, and the drinks and desserts are always great complements to the hotpot. Service this time was top-notch, honestly better than Haidilao in my opinion. The servers checked in on us often, and the food came out way faster than on our last visit. A big shoutout to Irene for updating the waiting and reservation system since March; it’s the best change! It’s so nice to finally book a table and enjoy our meal without waiting around forever. Jennia was fantastic too; she patiently helped us cook our meats and carefully packed up our leftovers at the end. Definitely coming back!

    The restaurant is awesome! The food is absolutely delicious, especially the Fish Maw Chicken Pot—it was flavorful and perfectly cooked. A special shout-out to our server, Rachel. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our meal. She made us feel very welcome and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this restaurant, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

    JJ provided us fantastic service for dinner tonight. She continuously checked on us, kept refilling our broth, and cleaning our plates without us having to ask. The food was great, but the meats were slightly tough. Highly recommend the chicken and fish maw broth - it was amazing!

    Authentic HK vibes and premium ingredients. If you’re looking for a high-end hotpot in Richmond, this is it. The interior takes you straight back to golden-era Hong Kong. The Fish Maw Chicken Pot is the star, super rich, nourishing, and flavorful. We also loved the handmade 'Four Treasures' balls and the seasonal spot prawns. Everything felt incredibly fresh and premium. Exemplary service from start to finish. It’s one of the hardest spots to get into right now for a reason. Highly recommended for a special nourishing meal or a fancy night out. Don't forget to make a reservation!
