- The mini refrigerator (Danby make) was measured at 6°C and no thermometer available inside the fridge.Approximately 9–10 Subway sandwiches were moved to another cooler in the back kitchen.Please repair or replace the Danby refrigerator. Do not store any perishable food items in this unit until it is repaired and capable of maintaining a temperature of 4°C or below and please ensure that the thermometer is placed inside to monitor the temperature.

- The food handling permit was found behind the business license and was not properly displayed. This was corrected during the inspection.
