      • Observed multiple slices of pre-packaged cheese, located in 2 door reach in cooler without labels or dates. Also observed pre portioned dinner rolls for sale to public without proper labels. Informed manager that all foods must be labeled and dated once removed from bulk packaging. Instructed managers to provide label and dates. Maintain at all times.

      • Observed tape used as means of repair on electrical wire housing on floor. Informed manager that all surfaces must be smooth and easily cleanable. Instructed manager to remove and ensure that floor is smooth and easily cleanable. Maintain at all times.

      • Observed exposed hand sink in prep area with pans and utensils resting on top of basin. Observed no paper towels at hand sink. Must provide paper towels at the hand sink at all times. Instructed hand sink must be easily accessible at all times. Operator removed items and provided paper towels during inspection. Critical violation 7-38-030.

      • Observed porous wood surface on inside of wall next to registers, along counter behind hot holding units, and on container holding chips on counter. Must seal or paint all porous surfaces to make smooth and easily cleanable.
