      • (X) Observed dust accumulation on the shelving station at the front of the kitchen near the cash register and the shelving station in the kitchen near cooking area. (X) Food debris observed in the vertical refrigerator; a thorough cleaning is required to maintain hygiene.(X) The floor throughout the kitchen requires cleaning as food debris and grease deposits were observed. More regular cleaning is required to maintain a clean surface.

      • Chlorine sanitizer in pails and spray bottles measured above 200ppm.Staff remade solution and achieved a concentration of 100 ppm. Please ensure test trips are used to verify concentration every time a new solution is made.

      • Sealed raw meat was placed above produce and ready to eat foods in the walk-in cooler.Staff moved raw meat on the bottom of the shelving rack.
