      • Observation: AGAIN a number of foods in the bulk food section like the corn kernels, white powder bags (Amarillo?) and individual packaged bars (Panela?) do not have any labels to identify the product
      • Also one product in the open display fridge -containers of lard has no labels
      • Corrective Action(s): All foods sold must be from an approved source -a government inspected facility. Receipts/invoices must be kept for all foods sold. Must be properly labelled to identify the product
      • Remove the product from the store until you have proper labels

      • Corrective Action(s): Store personal foods on the bottom of the fridge to avoid any leakages onto public foods
