      • A ceramic cup was observed in use as a bulk sugar scoop.Corrected during inspection:- The ceramic cup was removed from the bulk product.Education provided:- Bulk scoop utensils must be composed of an easily cleanable, shatter resistant (non-ceramic, non-glass) material and affixed with a handle that separates the food contact area from the handle of the utensil.
