    Our first time trying frozen custard and it definitely did not disappoint! The shop was warm and inviting, and the service was incredibly friendly. Since it was our first time trying frozen custard, we were a little worried it might be too sweet, but it was surprisingly delicious - rich and creamy without being overly sweet. We'll definitely be back to try more flavours (or even grab a pint to take home) next time!

    There’s no way I could give Lucy’s lower than 5 stars!! The frozen custard was so creamy and dense but not in a heavy way and the quality of the ingredients really stood out! Based on google reviews, I thought that the portions would be small for the price but it was quite fair! The only thing I could nit pick is that for almost $1, the toppings didn’t feel like they did much and were hard to eat without spilling a bunch over. I did like the idea of the spillings from topping the custard was used for the mega mix though! I’m bummed I couldn’t try the chocolate cookie chunk flavour but I’d come back to try more of the limited edition ones! I thoroughly enjoyed the peanut butter with chocolate. The staff was super kind too! I’m excited to give them another go!

    OMG, I love frozen custard! Ever since the last frozen custard place closed down, it's been so long, so I was so happy to see this place open. They have a small, simple selection of flavors. (which I think changes ever so often). When we visited yesterday, they had vanilla, strawberry, rocky road, chocolate, and vegan chocolate. The custard was so smooth and silky, I wish I got more. Two big scoops could've went down way too easily! The vegan chocolate made with chickpeas was surprisingly good and honestly a wow for me. You line up to pay, then bring your receipt to the other side where you can sample flavors before choosing a cup or cone. Can't wait to come back!

    it was my first time trying frozen custard and i loved it. menu is simple. seems there are some staple flavors and some flavors that rotate daily. you can sample all the flavors before you choose which is awesome. staff are super friendly as well.

    Creamy, dense, not too sweet. Interesting texture compared to regular ice cream. Pretty good but not quite my personal taste. Soft serve was tasty. Liked how they let you taste all the flavors but only after you've paid.
