      • Written procedures were completed during the inspection.Written procedures for skin cleansing, antiseptic application and post-service care were completed at the time of inspection.Written procedure for accidental skin cuts or punctures was provided to the operator at the time of inspection.Reprocessing sink will not be used for handwashing therefore written procedures for sink decontamination was not required.

      • Expired alcohol-based hand rub was removed from the facility upon request at the time of inspection.

      • The cleanser used for waxing services was expired. Obtain a new cleanser and update written procedures for skin cleansing if required.The green soap cleanser used for PMU services was expired. Obtain a new cleanser and updated written procedures for skin cleansing if required.The antiseptic was expired. Obtain a new antiseptic and updated written procedures for antiseptic application if required. The antiseptic must have an "antiseptic claim", have an NPN or DIN and not be expired.

      • The topical analgesic gel was expired 04/2025. Discontinue use and remove from the facility. Obtain a new numbing agent.
