- The Quats sanitizer solution in all areas of the facility was measured below 200 ppm. The operator prepared a new batch of solution on site. Concentration was tested at above 200 ppm. A properly concentrated sanitizer must be available at all times for effective sanitizing and should be tested regularly to ensure correct concentration.

- A food service cart with bananas and another covered food item was located near the laundry area, directly across from the washer and dryer. No laundry activity was taking place. The operator removed the cart from the area. Foods and utensils must be stored in a manner that protects them from contamination at all times.

- The chemical dishwasher was measured at 50 ppm chlorine. Ensure that the dishwasher is properly functional to ensure effective sanitation of utensils/equipment at all times.

- The chemical dishwasher was measured at 50 ppm chlorine. Ensure the dishwasher is regularly tested with chlorine test strips and that the chlorine concentration is maintained at 100 ppm.
