The wall separating kitchen from the front area was unfinished.- Repair the kitchen wall so that it is smooth, impervious to moisture and easily cleanable. 2. The installed separator in kitchen has surface that is not smooth and easily cleanable. This presents a hygiene issue as surface that are not smooth can trap bacteria and food particles. - Remove the separator.3. The wall in back storage area (the wall separating dishwashing sinks and mechanical area) and by hand washing sink has holes and in disrepair.- Repair the wall so that it is smooth and impervious to moisture.

- A few meat bags were seen outside at room temperature. The meat temperature ranged between 5C-6C (checked with probe thermometer).The operator stored meat back in the cooler. Ensure to keep meat below 4C.

- A meat packet was observed in the sink, upon inquiring operator stated that the meat is getting thawed. The meat package temperature ranged between 2C to 6C.The operator turned on the cold water tap during inspection.
