- High temperature dishwasher was not reaching required temperature for rinse cycle )maximum recorded temperature was 54C; must be minimum 71C at the dish level). Wash cycle gauge was not working.Alternative dishwashing steps (manual 2-compartment sink dishwashing) must be followed until the dishwasher is repaired. Due to volume of dishes, single use disposable plates and utensils (available onsite) must be used for serving foods.

- 02. Is all food in this facility from an approved source and/or properly labelled?
- The following foods were obtained from unapproved sources:1) pickled carrots, onions (canned in unlabeled glass jars) and spring rolls were obtained from the same supplier, and it was confirmed with the supplier that these products were made at home-based kitchen without permit.2) chicken empanadas - it was reported that this product was supplied by someone but did not know the source. Chicken empanadas were displayed at room temperature.3) Pork skewers and pork belly - it was reported that this was supplied by private individual - product placed on hold until confirmation if this is approved source is provided.These products must not be served to the public.
