- 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
- Surface sanitizer solution dispenser is not yet installed. Facility will have QUAT sanitizer solution. - Install the dispenser and ensure it measured at 200ppm.
- 07. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
- Mop sink is installed inside the prep space with a prep table across from the front with no door and a wall to the right measuring 4 feet 2 inches.- Ensure mop sink wall and door is at least 5 feet tall.- Discussed options with the operator regarding how to achieve additional 10 inches to the wall.
- 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
- Incorrect test strips at time of inspection. Facility has chlorine test strips but plans to install a QUAT sanitizer solution dispenser and use that.- Acquire the correct test strips.

- Hand washing station paper towel dispenser and soap dispenser was not installed.- Install paper towel and soap dispenser and ensure it is fully stocked.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- Gaps noted above the entrance doors.- Seal off the gaps and ensure premise is vermin proof.

- Swing door between front and back of house is not a treated surface.- Please ensure the surface is treated so that it is water resistant, smooth, and easily cleanable.
