     • There is evidence of staining (tire marks) and build up throughout the aquatics area including pool deck flooring and drains around the basin and scum layer inside the skimmer. Physical hazards (clear push pins) observed on window ledge in pool area.
   • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
     • Soap and body wash in women’s change room shower is empty. Ensure soap is available at showers in the men and women’s change rooms.
