      • Operator stated that they are cooking food for personal use on the flattop grill. There is no ventilation canopy above the grill and grease is building up on the ceiling. Ensure grill is removed from the premises. Cooking is not allowed as it violates the permit conditions.Update: May 21, 2026Grill will be removed. Is for sale. Cooking will not occur anymore.

      • Last water sample was taken November 8, 2022. Please submit a water sample to the Beaverlodge Public Health Office, before 11:30 am on Tuesdays. Alternatively, submit a water sample to the Grande Prairie Public Health Office, Monday to Wednesday before 1:00 pm. Please:- submit a water sample quarterly until further notice. -Ensure the business name and access number is include on the laboratory requisition form.
