- There was initially no paper towel at the hand sinks for the temporary washrooms. Paper towel was added onsite. Also recommended putting a garbage in this area so people can discard of the paper towel after they dry their hands.

- Vendors corrected who had ice open to contamination (MacLab ice moved off ground/lid, ByHendo ice needs protection from customer contamination) Ensure vendors are aware of requirements and protect food (including ice) from contamination.

- A number of vendors had handwash water that was boiling/too hot. Corrected on site. Drink vendors handling garnishes or ice did not have appropriate handwash supplies. Any food handling (including ice/garnishes) requires a temporary hand sink.Public temporary hand sink by porta-potties had water which was initially boiling. Immediately unplugged, ice added. No supplies. Recommend providing hand sanitizer rather than temporary hand sink in this area. Corrected during inspection.
