      • The handwashing sink pump had to be plugged in prior to use. When plugged in the pump was extremely loud.The handwashing sink must be operational at all times (ie able to turn on the tap and use).18th June 2025.- Operator has changed the hot water tank and there is now hot water. However, the pump has to be plugged in to receive water. There is still a loud sound from the pump when plugged in.

      • The ventilation hood has not been maintained by a qualified professional. Additionally, there is no service sticker present on the exhaust hood indicating the date of the last inspection or cleaning.Ensure the ventilation hood system is inspected, cleaned, and maintained by a qualified professional at regular intervals.
