      • Observed several used gloves that were stored in the kitchen area.Correction:-Used gloves were discarded by the operator at the time of inspection.-Education provided to the operator to dispose gloves after single use and that the glove use does not replace handwashing.
    • 07. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Observed uncovered food items in the box stored on the floor of a walk-in fridge.Correction:-Food items were covered at the time of inspection and relocated to a shelf.-Education provided to cover food items and store food at least 6 inches off the floor.
    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • Observed a clear spray bottle with yellow liquid labelled as a sanitizer.Operator informed that the liquid inside the bottle is actually dishwashing soap.Correction:-The spray bottle was correctly labeled at the time of inspection.-Education provided to ensure that chemicals used in the facility is labeled to identify its content.

      • Observed a hole in the wall trim by the kitchen area. This hole was big enough to be an entry point and harborage area for the pests.Correction:-By June 5, 2026, repair the hole in the wall trim.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Observed some food debris on the meat cutter and can opener.These can promote bacterial growth and contaminate the food.Correction:-By May 29, 2026, clean the meat cutter and can opener.-Implement and maintain routine cleaning of food equipment to prevent accumulation of food debris.

      • A scoop was found inside the container of rice. This was promptly removed by operator when informed. Please ensure all scoops are stored out of food ingredients to prevent contamination.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Mice droppings were observed behind the sink close to the dish washer. Please clean and continue to monitor for pest activity.
